A month's notice
We announce the end date and the prices one month before the beta ends.
No automatic charges
Nothing is charged when the beta ends. Whether to pay is entirely your choice.
Credits never expire
Readings you collect during the beta stay valid for good, and reports you already made stay viewable.
Early-bird price
Beta users get an early-bird price for one month once paid plans begin.
Questions
Do I pay anything now?
No. Everything is free during the beta, and you do not need to register a card.
Will charting stay free after the beta?
Charting and the dictionary will stay free. Paid plans will be announced a month before the beta ends.
Are the readings accurate?
A reading is a reference, not a guarantee. What we can promise is that every point shows the chart reason and the source it comes from, so you can see where a conclusion comes from. Make important decisions yourself, and consult a qualified professional on health, legal or investment matters.
Is the app in English?
Not yet — the app is currently in Chinese (Traditional and Cantonese).
Can I get a refund?
Credits, readings and books are digital content and are non-refundable once sold. Duplicate charges, or a fault on our side that stops you receiving what you paid for, are refunded in full. See our refund policy.
What happens to my birth details?
They are used only to draw and read your chart, and are never sold. See our privacy policy.
