Refund policy

If this English version differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.

Digital content is non-refundable once sold

Reading credits, Zi Wei Dou Shu readings and life-reading books (PDF) are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Because of the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products.

Readings are for reference. Dissatisfaction with the content or outcome of a reading is not grounds for a refund. We suggest trying the free charting and trial content before you buy.

When we refund in full

• Duplicate charge: the same order was charged more than once;
• System error: your payment succeeded but, because of a fault on our side, you did not receive what you bought. We will first try to deliver it; if we cannot, we refund in full.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of payment, with the email address you paid with, the date and the amount. We reply within 3 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
