Yin Pan charts can be cast today. Our reading rules follow the classical rotating-board method; Yin Pan readings will only ship once they rest on Yin Pan sources of their own.
Where the rules come from
The reading rules come mainly from the Dunjia Yanyi, Huang Zongxi's Chaoshen Jieqi Zhizhi, the Qimen Dunjia Tongzong and the Gujin Tushu Jicheng. Solar-term times follow the Hong Kong Observatory. Charts are compared hour by hour with independent charting tools; anything that fails the check does not ship.
Every rule carries its original text and source. Modern extensions that the classics do not record are clearly marked as such.
